The TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course was designed as the stage for the Phoenix Open - the largest spectator event on the PGA TOUR. Each year, more than 500,000 fans come to the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course to see the Phoenix Open. In 2003, fans witnessed Vijay Singh's 12th TOUR victory.
