A newly revised jewel of the west will be in full blossom by the beginning of 2009 as the all-suite Arizona Grand Resort will be completely renovated including a new clubhouse, new grand lobby, all guest rooms, an additional tower of one and two bedroom villas as well as the complete renovation of the golf course now known as Arizona Grand Golf Course.

This golf course has always been a very unique adventure as the back nine meanders through one of the largest state parks in the area. The complete renovation of the irrigation system and bunkers will improve turf quality and aesthetics throughout the layout. Formerly the Phantom Horse Golf Club, Arizona Grand Golf Course will be a great place to play day in or day out because of its proximity to the airport. As a guest at Arizona Grand Resort, it will be a great addition to any line up of courses that you intend to play. Other great golf courses in the area are Gold Canyon Golf Club, Ocotillo Golf Club, Whirlwind Golf Club, Foothills Golf Club, Superstition Springs Golf Club, The Raven at South Mountain as well as many more in the greater Phoenix area.

I toured the facility on September 17th and saw an absolutely prime property that guest from all over the world will come to know and enjoy. It is located 10 minutes from the Phoenix airport and is a perfect location for golfers looking for that central location, corporate meetings and outings, family getaways and any other reason you might have to visit Phoenix. The golf course has been slightly rerouted to accommodate the new clubhouse. The new clubhouse will include a state of the art pro-shop, lakeside dining, room for 150+ outdoor functions on the island first tee and complementary valet parking for all golfers and guest. The clubhouse will also house the Grand Lobby where all guest enter the facility. I'm excited to put this resort on the list of options for all of our golfing guests.
